  • New deadline for abstract submission: 7th June 20191
  • Decision of acceptance: 15th July 2019
  • Deadline for late submission: 15th September 20192
  • Deadline for Early Registration: 15th September 2019

1 - After this deadline, only submissions for poster sessions will be accepted, and those abstracts will not be included in the Book of Abstracts.

2 - Abstracts will be accepted only for Poster communication and will not be included in the Book of Abstracts.


Cancellation policy:
The cancellation is free of charge up to the 15th September 2019. Up to the 30th September 2019, a 50% rate upon your registration fee will be charged. After this date, cancellation will not be refundable.
