Submissions will be open from November 15th, 2024, until February 28th, 2025 (midnight CET). Empirical and theoretical proposals for symposia, papers, and poster presentations are welcome. Each participant can present a maximum of two proposals.
Symposia
Symposia sessions offer an opportunity to present research on a single topic by combining a cohesive set of papers for discussion. A chair leads these sessions and involves at least four communications. Each session is scheduled for 90 minutes, allowing for 15 minutes of presentation per speaker, 10 minutes for the discussant, and 20 minutes for open discussion. Each submission requires a title clearly describing the symposium (max. 100 characters, including spaces), an abstract of 100 - 250 words providing information regarding the aims and the scientific relevance of the symposium, between three and six keywords, the name of the chair and the name of one discussant. Additionally, they must submit the title of each presentation (four presentations per symposium) with the name and affiliation of each author and a 100 - 250 - word abstract for each presentation.Oral presentation
Oral presentation sessions consist of thematically clustered paper presentations and a discussion with the audience. Presenters will have 15 minutes for their presentation. Each submission requires an abstract of 100-250 words and between three and six keywords.Poster presentation
Poster sessions (Size A0 vertical) will allow participants to present their research findings visually, allowing for interactive discussions between the presenters and attendees. The posters will be physically displayed on boards or panels in a large hall or room. Each presenter will have a designated time slot and space for their poster. Each submission requires an abstract of 100-250 words and between three and six keywords.
